Since 1968, Lackey Body Works has been committed to the safety of our customers, their vehicles and as well, our staff. To do our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus, we are taking additional measures suggested by the CDC to ensure everyone’s safety during this season.
While our Team always prefers an in-person experience for customers, for the next few weeks we are asking every customer to FIRST CALL our office before coming to Lackey Body Works, allowing us to best protect your health.
The GOOD NEWS? Lackey Body Works is ready to complete your preliminary estimate virtually and it starts with a text! You’ll text ESTIMATE to 833-222-2168 and we will reply with a link to begin your estimate, it’s simple & safe! Your preliminary estimate will serve as a starting point to completing your vehicle repairs and our Team will be able to collect all required information over the phone or through text to get you taken care of. We will then arrange a no contact or minimal contact drop-off for your vehicle at our facility.
Upon your vehicle’s arrival, we will disinfect all surfaces before beginning repairs and likewise, upon completion of repairs we will disinfect all surfaces as our last step before your pickup. Lackey Body Works will get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner AND do our part to keep everyone healthy & protected.
